Regulatory Cost Measurement Toolbox (RCMT) - Project Outline (PDF 669.2 kB)The objective of this project is to develop and test a model for the coherent measurement of regulatory costs, concentrating in the first step on “businesses” for reasons of practicability. The model to measure regulatory costs from the business’s point of view which is to be developed within the project comprises methods and instruments to determine regulatory costs top down, bottom up, ex post or ex ante.
