Completing the forms
In order to aid us in our organizing activities and to make it possible to contact you without delay, we kindly ask that you fill in all forms – also online - completely. Once registration is complete, the conference team will distribute a list of participants to facilitate contact among those attending the event. To help us provide a complete list, we ask that you include your name, function, institution, city and country when registering.
Confirmation
Please note that space is limited and participation is therefore not guaranteed simply by registering. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a letter of confirmation which then ensures a space has been reserved for you.
Visa restrictions
Our international guests should inform themselves of any visa restrictions that may apply. You will find more information in the general travel information section in the attached IRRC brochure.
Accommodation We have arranged for special conference rates from November 11-13, 2009, with four hotels. Information regarding hotel booking will be found in the attached IRRC brochure. Please follow the booking procedure and note the cancellation conditions. All conference rates will expire on September 11, 2009. After that date the hotels will provide rooms upon availability, but cannot guarantee prices.
