Dear IRR Network members,
I am a Masters student doing her research thesis on better regulation reform. In particular, I am interested in how quantification tools like the SCM has been practically implemented by the relevant central regulatory reform agency to other public agencies, and will be doing a comparison between the UK , Dutch and Australian approaches.
I have been through this website and extracted relevant papers. However, I was wondering if anyone is aware of any major literature or studies that have attempted to do something similar (i.e. focus on institutional differences/ public management aspects rather than technical aspects of the tools or comparisons of substantive regulation obligations?)
