Hi all,
I am conducting a research at the World Bank on the engagement and participation of stakeholders (both consumers and providers) in rule and decision-making in regulation, particularly within independent regulatory agencies. The research focuses on the water, electricity distribution, and transport sectors and it will take place for the whole Latin American region.
I’m currently in the process of writing the literature review and identifying international good practices.
Do you have in mind good papers and or successful international practices that I can use for my research?
